Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropertyPack.ie (the “Service”), operated by PropertyPack Ireland Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Services

PropertyPack.ie provides automated property risk reports for residential properties in Ireland. Each report covers 22 checks across categories including flood risk, radon levels, planning history, BER ratings, broadband availability, school proximity, crime statistics, environmental quality, and more.

Report data is sourced from publicly available Irish government databases and official data providers, including the OPW, EPA, CSO, SEAI, and local authority planning portals.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

PropertyPack.ie offers subscription plans that provide access to property risk reports. Key terms:

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are displayed in euros and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

5. Single Report Purchases

Individual property risk reports may be purchased on a one-time basis for €39 per report. Single report purchases include:

  • Instant delivery of the full 22-section report upon payment.
  • Access to the report through your account for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • A downloadable PDF version of the report.

Single report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated, as the service is fully delivered at the point of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on PropertyPack.ie is the intellectual property of PropertyPack Ireland Ltd or its licensors.

Property risk reports are licensed to you for personal or professional use only. You may share individual reports with relevant parties (e.g., your solicitor, estate agent, or mortgage provider) but you may not:

  • Redistribute reports commercially.
  • Resell or sublicense report data.
  • Use automated means to bulk-download or scrape report content.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

PropertyPack.ie reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, please note:

  • Report data is sourced from publicly available government databases and is subject to the accuracy and completeness of those sources.
  • Reports are not a substitute for professional surveys, valuations, or legal advice.
  • We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals (solicitors, surveyors, engineers) before making property purchase decisions.
  • Data may not reflect very recent changes in local conditions, planning decisions, or environmental factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, PropertyPack Ireland Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Decisions made based on information contained in reports.
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Inaccuracies or omissions in data sourced from third-party providers.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
